Each website template license covers a single project. If you want to use the same template for another website or client project, you'll need to purchase an additional license for each new use.

For background images and Canva marketing assets, you're welcome to use them multiple times within one business. However, if you plan to use these assets for a separate business, you'll need to make another purchase of that specific template or asset.

Are the templates mobile-friendly?

Yes, all templates are designed to be fully responsive, ensuring that they look great on both desktop and mobile devices.

What if I encounter technical issues?

If any technical issues arise, basic support is available for the first 2 weeks of your purchase. However with domain setup or more complex technical issues, you may need to be in touch with your platform provider as we do not have full access to your site (Google Sites, Squarespace, Canva, third-party provider).

Can I request a custom template?

Custom template requests for currently offered. However, feedback on desired features or styles is welcome for future template developments.

Is there a refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of the templates, all sales are final. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out for support and we will do our best to resolve your issues.

Do you offer any tutorials to your website templates?

Yes, we do have general video tutorials to get you up and running on our website templates. Please navigate to the Website Guide menu for Squarespace and Google Sites tutorials on our website.

What images are included in the templates, and can I use them?

Our website and marketing templates come pre-embedded with images primarily sourced from royalty-free platforms like Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay, and Freepik. These are embedded in the design. While generally free for both commercial and personal use under their respective licenses, you are responsible for complying with the specific terms and conditions of these original image providers if you choose to use the images outside of our templates or beyond their standard licensing.
